The new router is ready to install. I've sent Dr. Pontious what the
tech said needed to be done with cabling before we bring it up to
install.

Charlie (the tech) is taking off tomorrow through the end of February.
We tentatively agreed on Friday, March the 5th to do the installation.

Jim

Bill,

If you enter a last and first name in the Unregistered Patient Option, a
list of patients is generated which sound like the patient name you
entered. You are then asked if one of the listed patients is the one you
want to use. If it is, click on the left selection bar so that the
entire row is highlighted and that patient will be selected when you
click 'Accept'. If you click 'No', it is assumed another patient with
the same name as those in the list is being selected and a new internal
patient identifier is created for the new patient with the same name. If
you highlight a previously identified patient that patient is
re-activated as an active patient. Of course, if you do not enter at
least a DOB for a patient it is difficult to tell which 'John Doe' you
are dealing with the next visit.

You are uncovering some very relevant questions and could benefit from
another live walkthrough. You are also ready to see how to alter/add
templates to meet your own needs. I can come to Enid this Friday after
clinic hours or Sat. if it would help. Jim tells me we will be able to
do NetMeeting like sessions when the new router is installed next month.
I am willing to come to Enid before then if your schedule permits.

Gene
