These events usually last a bit over an hour, but there wasn't any real solid time limit adherence from what I remember.  It's basically stay as long as you'd like to.

I'll be there on Thursday probably around 7pm, but if people are going to be there a little later...that just gives me more time to read and chat with the other early birds. :)
