Great idea on the contact list.  Maybe after it's gone around someone will collect all the information in an organized fashion.  *cough*Jocelyn-who-loves-spreadsheets*cough*

For now, if everyone who adds to the list will simply copy and paste the whole thing into a new e-mail (and take out the little messages like the one above that we writing insist on) instead of simply replying it will help keep everything clean.
