The U.S. Department of State has issued Public Notice # 4227 announcing
the meeting of the U.S. International Telecommunciations Advisory
Committee (ITAC) to discuss "matters related to the World Summit on the
Information Society."

The Meeting is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and we should try very hard to have a
strong, large and vocal presence there.
