How's it going, everyone?

This is Erin, announcing that this week, just like nearly every other week,
we have, for your dancing enjoyment, not one, but TWO opportunities to
exercise and improve your skillz on the dance floor.

OPPORTUNITY #1:
Who: The Sooner Ballroom Dance Club and You!
What: Beginning Cha-Cha, Tango, and Hustle lessons, and Intermediate and
Advanced lessons over various and sundry other things.
When: TONIGHT, Tuesday Dec. 5th, Beginning Lesson at 6:30pm, Intermediate at
8pm, Advanced at 9pm.
Where: Will Rogers Room, Oklahoma Student Union, First Floor food court area
near the jukebox.
Why: TO HAVE FUN! (and to learn something about ballroom, of course)

Parts of the Will Rogers room are carpeted so make sure to bring something
to dance in besides
flip-flops or heavily treaded shoes like boots or tennis shoes. Any
smooth-soled shoes work great, but so do socks!

And if you haven't done so yet. . . pay your dues, pretty please. It's $15
per five-week session for students and $20 for non-students.


DANCE OPPORTUNITY #2:

There's a ballroom event at Sin City, formerly Kongo's Dance Club, later
this week. As per Kate Linkous' e-mail, it's going to be on Friday night, 7
pm to 9 pm, at the intersection of 12th and Robinson in Norman. $5 covers
you for the entire night. And of course Kate will be doing a short class at
approximately 8 pm.

Also this Friday, December 8th, there will be a ballroom dance from 8 to
10:30 p.m. at the International Dance Studio in OKC.

If there's a particularly large crowd planning to go to either event (I'm
betting on Sin City, myself), I'll send out another e-mail sometime on
Friday, so let me know if you're particularly interested in anything and
want more information.

That about it. So come out and dance with us! You know you need a study
break, and what better way to spend that time than dancing, really?
