Sorry, I was in error about the NWP Annual spring
meeting.  The cycle the board established was a 3-year
cycle.

Year 1 as new representative with mentoring by old rep
Year 2 independently.
Year 3 as mentor for new rep

Thus, Shelly Unsicker went with Terry Phelps last
year.  She will be going to Washington independently
this year.  (She will have OSUWP TCs to help her out.)
 Next year she will serve as a mentor for a new rep.
So if you're interested in a 3-year commitment to
attend the annual meeting, your first chance to
participate will be spring 2008.  Be thinking about
it...
