March 8th is the "Thursday before the second Saturday", i.e. a SCARS test
night.  Where (and what time) is the spotter class?  SCARS may need to
jiggle things ...  No word on when the Morse thing becomes official, BTW.

I *need* to go to one or the other as I haven't been in a few years.  The
sessions in Chicagoland aren't that great.  :-)
