All,
Weighed anchor at 0600 this morning after a somewhat roly night in-harbor
at Bahia Santa Maria (near San Carlos). No helpful wind so motor-sailing
with the main up for stability in light swells. 3 fishing lines in the
water, all with different colors and behaviors, in hopes of luring a big
Wahoo or Dorato. We have lost no lures, but did have one of our hooks
straightened smooth out!
If anyone is around, I'll likely be on-the-air at 2100 and 0000 UTC today.
20 appears to be good for the time being, so I'll be hanging out at 14.318
or 14.323 (between the autopilot birdies).
Hope that you all are having the best day that you can, given that at least
two of you are at work. One of you has already remedied that issues with
one to soon remedy that. Alas, I'm 3+ years away from that. Hope springs
eternal.
If you've got time, point the beams, if you've got 'em toward Cabo and I'll
be around.
Gary
