My suggestions of networks to link to:

www.n5m.org, the site and network of tactical media practitioners,
critics and artists. Number four took place one year ago in Amsterdam. I
am sure a number of you have been there.

Lists such as Spectre (Deep Europe), www.nettime.org (a collection of
lists), www.fibreculture.org (Australia) and the Reader list of Sarai
called Reader (South Asia). A lot of activists/reseachers hang out at
those places, in particular those who are not directly connected to
Indymedia.
