Dear TCs,

Last year OWP had a booth at Encyclo-media, and we made a lot of contacts around the state.  This year Encyclo-media is Thursday September 17th and Friday September 18th, and OWP again will have a booth.  If you are interested in presenting at this gigantic conference, the proposal form is attached.  Proposals are due May 22. Would love to have as many TCs as are interested presenting, helping at the booth, or just stopping by to say hello.  

We also exhibited with OSU Writing Project at the Oklahoma Reading Association conference.  Attached is a PowerPoint we had that ran continuously at out booth.  This was a great effort with so many TCs from both our project and the OSU project working in the booth.  Jeff Wilhelm, one of the featured speakers, recognized our writing projects during his talk.  He had all teacher consultants in the audience stand, and he encouraged teachers to participate in a summer institute.
