Dear Colleagues,
Laura Schiller and I would like to alert you to a really fine job--a well-paid, exciting literacy consulting position at an intermediate service agency responsible for working with 28 districts in Oakland County, Michigan. We're looking for a dynamic, thoughtful, somewhat experienced person with depth in literacy/English Education/reading, a passion for equity and justice, a belief in teacher leadership, and an interest in/experience with National Writing Project site work, who wants to be part of a great team. Sometimes challenging work, but never, ever boring!
Even though the description does not explicitly mention work with a National Writing Project site, we do hope for a person who will be part of the leadership team for the site.
