Karin,
Let's send out another flier on the listserv about Pens, Paper, Poker.
On this one, we can put registration to give us an idea
but really we want them to see the prizes

Prizes are:

 1.  Best Hand: Barnes and Noble Gift Certificate
 2.  School with the Most Teachers present: Mugs ( we have lots of those)
 3.  Teacher who drove the farthest: (Maybe a Book of some sort--I will ask Klaudia if we have any or buy some journals with pens)
 4.  TC who brought the most guests Barnes and Noble Gift Certificate

We might get like 5 or 6 Gift Certificates in case we have multiple winners or ties...we can always save until next time.

Need to order from Panera Bread make sure they give us paper goods and WE know we have it!  Let's just tell them to bring their own drink..most do anyways we could buy some water bottle packs.

Called Coach's 11:00-4:00 booked for the Private Room have to spend $100 which I think won't be a problem. I told him we would probably have between 30-40.   Put on email Lunch/Snacks on your own at Coach's. (18% gratuity for a large group of separate tickets.)  Tables are set up with six at each table...can change if we want but I think that will be more fun than long tables.  Call at 11:00 and tell how many exactly..The room will hold up to 75 people.
