Happy Monday -
I work in a hospital in the midwest that does not have a cytogenetics
lab nearby.  After several recent "suprise" deliveries of babies w/T13
(suboptimal prenatal care played a role) our MFM brought up the idea of
being able to do just a FISH for 13,18,21 in-house to help the NICU plan
appropriate care.  He read an article about this a few years ago, but
didn't have the details.  Does anyone have experience with this?
