Hello Again,
So I realized that I didn't answer a few questions that many of you are
likely to have. So here, some preemptive question-answering:
CLOTHING: The dress code is very open, totally up to you. Anything from
jeans and a T-shirt to semi-formal is fine.
EXPERIENCE: No one will laugh at you if you're a beginner and don't know
much. In fact, that's one of the best reasons to go, to get a little
practice and learn more!
ATMOSPHERE: Czech Hall is very relaxed and friendly - that's part of the
reason we're going there for our first outing of the semester.
FLOOR: The dance floor at this place is really large, and I've almost never
seen it get uncomfortably crowded - plenty of room.
REFRESHMENTS: They have complimentary water, popcorn and coke that I think
costs almost nothing, and you can also buy beer there if that's your thing.
;-)
LOCATION: Czech Hall is juuuust west of OKC. take about 30-40 minutes to get
there from Norman, depending on traffic.
Hope that's everything, but if not, let me know.
-Erin
