EN: Things are moving fast at the WSIS Intersessional Meeting in Paris.
Human rights, communication rights and cultural rights all made it to
the top of the agenda. Civil Society started, the governments have
followed suit. See www.crisinfo.org and attached.

FR: Les choses bougent rapidement lors de la réunion de WSIS
Intersessional à Paris. Les droits de l'homme, les droits a la
communication et les droits culturels sont a l'ordre du jour. La société
civile a commencé, les gouvernements ont suivi le mouvement. (ci-joint,
