Congratulations to Shelbie Witte, Summer Institute
Class of 2000, who was named finalist for Kansas
Teacher of the Year.  The winner will be announced
November 18.

Shelbie was co-director of the Summer Institute for
two years and also served as OWP tech liaison.

Good luck in the next competition, Shelbie.  We're
proud of you.
