Just sent this out to the SCARS officers to pass along to local D-STAR folks.

Subject: D-STAR weather ops
Hey, guys.
Please pass the word to local D-STAR users that the Norman Forecast
Office is now QRV on D-STAR!
Needless to say, if they need to link up to the NW, they have priority
over everything else.
Also, they are still kind of new to D-STAR, so please bear with them!
Primarily they will be using the REF052B reflector to communicate with
folks in Mooreland, Woodward, and Elk City. You can see which
gateways are linked here: http://ref052.dstargateway.org/
Thanks!
Peter
