Hello - I am seeing a prenatal patient today whose first child had ependymoma. I have read a few abstracts describing LOH on 22q and familial cases of ependymoma - is there (1) a specific recurrence risk for such a family and/or (2) testing I should offer? I am not finding anything very specific.

Thanks,
Robin
