As many of you already know, we will be webcasting (via closed circuit) this meeting live on March 16th & 17th. How to connect remotely via Adobe Connect
To join the conference, you will need access to a computer with a high speed Internet connection and a telephone (preferably with speaker phone or telephone headset). On Monday, March 16th follow the directions below to join the conference:
How to Attend This Meeting
1) Click on the following link to access the meeting room: https://webmeeting.nih.gov/nmd/. If this link does not open properly on your computer, copy and paste the link into an Internet browser.
2) On the meeting login page, select the "Enter as a Guest" radio button, enter your name in the input field, and click the Enter Room button. The name you enter will appear in the meeting Attendee List on the left side of the screen after entering the meeting.
3) Once the teleconference line has been activated, you should be prompted to enter your telephone number in the Adobe Connect meeting room. Enter only your area code and phone number, and then click the Call My Phone button. There is no need to enter a 9 or 1 before your area code. If this option does not work, please call the telephone number provided below.
