Subject RE: Fwd: Spotter training

During a meeting with Gayland Kitch, Dan Cary, Rick Smith and myself, we
developed the direction this year for a program designed at training for
our respective clubs during severe weather operations and develop a plan
for a later date to do a larger public venue.

The training will be focused on internal training aimed at Cleveland
County. It was decided to not advertise this event extensively, but to
attract those in SCARS, REACT, OUARC, and the SOM that are interested in
supporting the severe weather operations for Cleveland County.

That is the jest of it for now. Gayland has committed to providing some
snacks.
