Working on thinning out the herd at home. You all get first crack. Prices
are negotiable.

o Icom IC725 (with UI-7 FM/AM unit) -
http://www.universal-radio.com/catalog/hamhf/725.html - Bought new in 1993.
  Has operated in W5, W9, VE2, and V3. Many QSOs left in it. 160 - 10
meters. Old, yes, but has a CI-V port and can be controlled by software. $250

o Alinco DJ-S11T "sub-miniature" 2m HT -
http://www.alinco.com/Products/DJ-S11T.shtml - Bought new c.2000. Runs on
3 AA cells. A *full* 340 mW output. :-) Will encode CTCSS (aka PL(tm)). $20

o KB6KQ horizontal loops for 2m and 6m. I ordered these from KB6KQ himself
c.2004. He's a silent key now but someone bought the rights to his designs
- http://loopsnmore.com/?page_id=22 . These are intended to be used for
VHF "weak signal" work which is why they are horizontally polarized. The
pair for $125.

o Larsen NMO hole mount with RG58 cable attached. New in bag. $15

o Siig 4-port Serial Card. Gives you four real serial ports for various
ham accessories. Needs a PCI slot. I've only found XP drivers for it,
though, which is why I'm not using it any more. With W7, out of the box, I
could only get two of the ports to function. Someone with more patience
could probably find the correct W7 drivers (they're only RS-232 serial
ports, after all). $25

o Yaesu FT50RD - http://www.universal-radio.com/catalog/ht/3070.html - Fun
little 5-W dual-band HT. Had all kinds of bells and whistles, which were a
new thing when I got it in 1996. Actually bought this as an FT50R and
added the optional FFT-12 keyboard later on to make it an "RD". That added
digital voice recording, CTCSS decode, and DTMF decode. I do NOT have a
good NiCd battery pack but I do have the one that holds alkaline AA cells.
Encoder knob (channel change, menu settings) needs a good cleaning. It
works, but it sometimes goes in the "wrong direction". I have the
programming cable (RS-232) and the software, but I think the software may
only work until XP - not sure. I would really like $50 for this but those
dang Baofengs ... $35? Heck, the cable is almost worth that much!

o West Mountain Radio RigBlaster Plus -
http://www.westmountainradio.com/product_info.php?products_id=plus_comp_usb
- as at the link but no USB adapter (RS-232 only). The RB+ has been
superseded but the old version works just fine. Isolates audio paths
between radio and PC. Also keys the radio (does not do rig control).
Comes with the Icom ACC1/FSK cable that works with a bunch of different
Icom radios but that's not actually required for a lot of radios - the
stock cable does those (8-pin Foster or 8-pin modular). New ones (updated)
are $150, which is a pretty good price. $100?
