O.U. IMPROV! PRESENTS FINAL COMMUNITY WORKSHOP - PUBLIC PERFORMANCE
THIS SATURDAY

--

O.U. Improv! (Obviously Unrehearsed Improv!) will be holding its third
and final Community Improv Workshop of the year this Saturday,
December 4th, in the Oklahoma Memorial Union, 900 Asp Ave., on the
University of Oklahoma Norman campus. The Workshop is scheduled to
begin at 1pm in the Union's Sooner Room on the 1st floor and will end
at 4pm. Admission is free and open to the public.

The workshop will be led by veteran OUI! members, and will include
improv skill building games and exercises appropriate for both
beginning and advanced improvisational actors. After two successful
workshops in Late September and November, there has been a growing
interest in the information and advice offered by O.U.I!

Eric Webb, Manager of O.U. Improv!, offered these additional comments
on the Workshop: ""Promoting improv as art form to the OU Community,
was one of the original mandates of our organization when we began.
It's very satisfying to know that we are now fulfilling that goal,
with these exciting events. I don't think this would have been
possible for us a year ago. We have so many brilliant and energetic
people involved with the group at this time; it really is a new era
for O.U. Improv!""

-----

Later that same day, O.U. Improv will give its last public performance
of 2004. The energetic players will take the stage at 8 pm in the
Oklahoma Memorial Union. This show is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. in
the Union's Scholars Room on the 3rd floor. Admission is free and open
to the public. Audience participation is welcome and encouraged. As
always with O.U.I! laughs are a guarantee. Some material may not be
suitable for everyone.
