It has come to my attention that Jeanne Rhodes'
nomination was received by the deadline.  The OWP
board has handled this situation in this way in the
past:  When only six are nominated, rather than hold
an election, all six will fill the term rather rather
than five.  Therefore, Jeanne will also serve on the
board rather than as an alternate.   Welcome, Jeanne!

Janis said that since Jeanne Rhodes nomination was the
"last nomination
received" she would become the alternate.  My question
is whether
Jeanne's nomination came in after the final date set
for nominations.
