I don't mean that you would provide contact information, just the teacher's name and school. Besides, when I did the two McAlester workshops a year or so ago, I chose to do it through OWP, and it actually paid more than I would have charged.

The problem with that is that then people contact the teachers rather than OWP and bypass the organization.

Another suggestion for the OWP web site would be to have a list of Teacher Consultants and their schools. We used to have that on our site, but I don't see it now. In fact, it might be useful on the list of inservice workshops to have the TC's name listed with each workshop she or he does.

We should also update the list of inservice workshops.
For example, I don't see any on the list that I present:
1. Grammar Beyond Correctness - Clarity, Conciseness, Emphasis, and Style
2. D-D-D-Dialog: The Dynamics of Dialog
3. Writing Drama - The Basics of Writing for Stage & Screen
4. Writing Across the Curriculum - Assignments for All Classes
5. National Teacher Certification Reflective Writing
6. The Fundamentals of Fiction Writing
7. Writing Argument Without Rhetorical Fallacies

Hello Teacher Consultants,

OWP and our tech liaison are working on a redesign of the OWP website. Below are some sample websites of other writing project sites. If you follow the link with ctrl + click. Please take the time to look at some of these and report back on the design features that you think would enhance the OWP website. Please send you responses to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Thanks,
Priscilla Griffith
