OWP received a total of 6 nominations for the 5
governing board seats.  The following teacher
consultants were nominated:

Emily Todd
Bonner Slayton
Dana Loy
Freeda Richardson
Claudia Swisher

Since Jeannie Rhodes was the last nomination received,
she will be the alternate if one of the above teachers
can not complete his or her term.

Thanks to the returning board members.  We appreciate
your loyalty to OWP.  Congratulations to all of you.
Thank you to Janel Cypert for handling the
nominations.

The first official meeting of the 2005-06 governing
board will be Thursday, October 27, 4:30 at Central
Junior High, Moore.  Other scheduled meetings are
Saturday, January 7, 9 a.m. at Priscilla’s
Thursday, March 9, 4:30, at Johnnie’s new house
Thursday, May 11, 4:30, at Truman Elementary in Norman
Saturday, August 4? at Janis’s.
