To All Cardholders/Reconcilers,
As you all probably know, the current ProCard billing cycle is about to end.  You may have received an email in the last few days reminding you that there were charges that still needed to be reviewed/approved.  If you received this email, please note that the cutoff dates listed in this message were incorrect.  The current billing cycle cutoff information is as follows:
 
APRIL BILLING CYCLE CUTOFF NOTICE: The billing cycle cutoff date for the month of April will be at Midnight, on Wednesday, April 16th. You will be able to make any corrections through the close of business on Thursday, April 17, 2003.
