Hi guys!

Hope you all had a great spring break!
        The Spring Ball is right around the corner (April 8th).  We're going to
need a lot of help to make this thing a success.  Three very important jobs
to consider volunteering for: hanging flyers, selling tickets at Union
Booth, and setting up decorations on April 8th.
        If you aren't doing anything Sunday evening, you're in luck.  We're meeting
at the Union jukebox at 7:00 p.m. to hang up flyers around campus for the
Moonlit Masquerade.  We will provide tape and tacks, so just bring yourself.
  The jukebox is located on the first floor of the North end of the Union
across from Sbarro's Pizza Place.
        On Tuesday I'll have sign-in sheets for the Union Booth.  We'll be selling
tickets April 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 7th from 10 am - 2 pm.  We'll have
hour slots available, so please consider helping between classes.
        On April 8th, we'll be setting up and decorating the ballroom.  This is a
big job and requires a lot of people.  Starting at around 10 am, we'll be in
the ballroom until we're done.  Show up whenever you can.  I'll have another
sign-up sheet for this on Tuesday.  A pizza and coke lunch will be provided
for all volunteers.
        We also might have a decorating party where we put together decorations.
I'll keep you guys posted on this.

For this upcoming Tuesday:
6:30 pm Heritage Room- 2nd floor of the North end of the Union
Sorry intermediates, we will again be kicked out at 8 pm, but we can always
go down to the jukebox.
