Hi all,

I was asked to give some idea of what jobs officers would have.  We've had like 2 people say they would be interested in being officers, but we need 4.  If anyone is interested at all we really need you!  Please contact us.

   Pres: make sure the proper forms get filled out in the proper time.  Work with the union to get rooms paid for.  Talk with instructors so you know who will be teaching.  Attend as        many meetings as possible.

   VP:  assist pres. in filling out forms and anything else they may need your help with.  Attend meetings.

   Secretary:  help with club advertising, chalking/flyers.  Attend meetings.
 
   Treasurer:  Help pres fill out budget forms and keep track of money.  Attend meetings.

Also I will give any of new officers my number/ e-mail so you can contact me if you have questions.  I'll also run over some how-to stuff with you!
