Hello!

My name is Kellie Reidlinger and I am on the 2013 executive committee
for CAC’s newest event—Oklahoma Creativity Festival—that will be taking
place this September.It has become my role to create and put on a
publicity event that will kick off OCF and bring attention to the range
of wonderful events that we have planned this year.

My committee and I have elected to utilize a fairly non-conventional
medium to entertain and attract the interest of OU students… a
flash-mob! And, having been in charge of this event last year as well, I
know that the most vital part of a successful flash-mob is gathering
enthusiastic volunteers.

This is where you come in! As the leader of a student organization, you
are able to reach out to a larger amount of students and with more
legitimacy than anyone on my committee would be able to do directly. We
are requesting that you send out the attached email to any and all
individuals, and sub-groups, of your organization that might be willing
to participate in our event—the OCFlash-mob.

Please emphasize the fact that they will be participating in a CAC event
and will be gaining volunteer experience that could benefit them in the
future. Plus, the dancing experience of your organization’s members
could greatly increase the quality of flash-mob. Most importantly, we
need as many participants as possible in order to make this successful!
