I've been getting a few questions about ticket sales. If everything goes smoothly at the printers tomorrow morning, tickets will go on sale at 10am. We will be in a booth outside the bookstore in the Union every day this week from 10am until 2pm. Tickets are $6/person and $10/couple if purchased before hand. At the door, tickets cost $8/person.

We'll also be selling tickets at our regular meeting tomorrow night in the Union food court from 6:30pm  to 10pm. Come to the lesson and buy a ticket.

Also, I wanted to let everyone know that the band will be the Rice Combo, a group of professional musicians from the OKC and Norman area. If you've been dancing for long around central Oklahoma, chances are very good you've danced to the tune of this very fine combo.

We could use your help! There are a number of volunteer opportunities available to you as members of the club. First and foremost, you can come help sell tickets in the union. Stop by the booth from 10am to 2pm and spread the word for our dance, sell a few tickets and dole out the good cheer. Also, we need your help setting up decorations the day of the dance. We'll be in the Ballroom starting at 10am. Lunch will be served at noon and is complimentary for all volunteers. If you have 15 minutes or an hour to help purtify the ballroom, stop on by and see us!
