Hi gang, just another late reminder email.
This procrastination thing is really starting to get to me. I need to work on that, maybe tomorrow some time . . .

At any rate, we're back in the Scholars Room tonight. Our dances for this session are Tango, Cha-Cha, and Hustle. Drop by floor 3 of the Union at 6:30 tonight for a grand ole time.

The Meet me at the Mammoth Dance scheduled for this Thursday has been canceled. We do have an officers meeting at 8pm that day, so drop by the Conoco Student Leadership wing, 2nd floor, if you want to help out with the ball. Next weeks meeting, the one right before Thanksgiving, the 23rd, has also been canceled. In place of this time, we will be meeting at Ryan Vazquez's house to assemble decorations for the Winter Ball.

The Winter Ball will be held on Thursday, December the 2nd at 7pm. There will be a one hour beginner dance lesson with open dancing to the live performance stylings of the Talk of the Town, a 17 piece orchestra. Tickets will be on sale to club members very shortly and to the generabl public right after we come back from Thanksgiving. Members will be encouraged to take a few extra tickets and solicit their friends attendence. Ticket prices will be $6/person, $10/couple before hand and $7/person at the door. We want everyone to come out and dance with us on this special evening.

Things that in general still need to be done for the dance are: ordering decorations, assembling decorations, getting lights, batteries, tree limbs, buffalo snow, candles, hiring a teacher, lining up adds and several other things. If you think you can help out with any of this, please email me back and I can provide more specific details.

Thank you all for your time and interest.
Patrick
