Hi everyone,
Here's a gentle reminder to send in your contributions for the April issue. Also, if you are participating at MLA/SLA'23 in May, consider sending us that information. I just realized the preliminary program doesn't include authors for contributed content, so there's no way for us to track down that information. I'm sure your SCC colleagues would love to come see you in Detroit or cheer you on virtually.
If you need more time, let us know.
Happy St. Patrick's Day and have a great weekend!
Marlene

Subject: SCC/MLA Newsletter call for contributions - April issue

Hi everyone!
We will be working on the April issue of the South Central Connection very soon, so please consider sending us all your news.

Officers, appointees, and committee chairs: please send us a brief summary of your mid-year report or any news you want to share and promote.

As always, we also want to share your library and staff updates so if you've got some neat things happening let us know. Library deans and directors, if you have any job openings or new librarians to announce, send that information our way too. And don't forget to brag about yourself and your colleagues. We love to share what research and publications you have been working on, what fantastic awards and recognitions you've achieved, or just cool projects you are working on. Photos are always appreciated too.

The preferred deadline for submissions is Friday, March 17th, but if you need extra time just let us know.

Thanks so much!

Your editors,
Marlene and Lorraine
