Okay?

Um.  We don't think we delivered it to the USAO...
Also, the Constitution of the Undercurrent states an editor must be a
member of OU.  This is the constitution carried over from way back in
the day, it has not been changed.  No one from USAO has made contact
with the Undercurrent for a couple of months.
Wasn't all of this taken care of months ago?
