I am deeply saddened at the news Jimmy's death. I met him 40 years ago  
now and we became instant friends not only because of our mutual  
interest in Moreto but also because we shared a passion for baseball.  
Jimmy was a happy, gregarious and generous person with a wonderful  
sense of humor. Over the years I often thought of him and our times  
together and always remembered him with a smile. I shall continue to
