Dear brothers and sisters,

 

                The Keating Committee needs you.  As you all know, we have been planning a peaceful protest against 695 during Guvna Keating's Spiznizzitch. We have the permit, and there is a strong possibility that the news media will be there to cover our event.  We really need lots of people to attend so that A) we can make a strong, peaceful showing and that B) SSEC doesn't look like a bunch of morons running around without any organization causing trouble.  Alex and I, as well as your fellow ssec'ers, will greatly appreciated your and anyone else's participation.  Their is a committee meeting tonite in the union food court @ 9 p.m.  This meeting will be to finish any final details and get an idea of general conduct during the demonstration.  Finally, the demonstration is planned tenatively for 7 p.m. in the memorial union Tuesday.  If anyone is unable to attend tonite's meeting but is still interested in participating in the protest, please contact me or alex asap.  Again, thank you very much.
