i've already expressed my thoughts on this meeting being a futile effort, however, i had to say i agree w/ jeremy's response wholeheartedly. i worked on the undercurrent for as long as i could stand to do so and was unable to make any headway. those of you who want to change things get off your lazy asses and start doing something--go to the undercurrent meetings, write articles for them, become staff members, DO SOMETHING if it pisses you off this much. attending these meeting they've set up is not even the beginnings of progress. if you want to make a difference, then take the initiative.

i also ask that anyone writing about undercurrent stuff on this listserve to please include the undercurrent listserve in your reply. they will benefit from it more than the rest of us.
