Hello,

Today's mediation session functioned as an introduction to the process of mediation. In an attempt to make the sessions more accessible to people, Chris made the suggestion we move the meeting times. We all agreed on 7pm this Friday in Burton 204C. Contact one of us if you have conflicts.

A few points the Prof. Carnevale made about mediation:

The sessions will begin with everyone who wants to, telling the mediator their impression of the situation. Then we'll try to proceed to an agreement that makes everyone happy. We can caucus at any point in the meeting to talk about things with our respective groups, take a break, or speak with the mediator separately.

Please pass the changes in day and time to others.
