Reviewers and Approvers,
As you all know, the
February billing cycle recently ended. The credit card company has
informed us that due to the federal holiday which fell on February 17th, the
actual transaction cutoff date did not occur until February 18th.
This means that you may
be missing one (1) day of transactions. If you are missing transactions,
you will need to create a query and ask for the "Post Date" - "Is Equal To" -
"February 18, 2003". You will then be able to see your missing
transactions. You can open transactions and check the reviewed/approved
boxes; however, if account
information needs to be changed, it will be necessary to complete a manual cost
transfer form and forward it to Financial Support Services.
We apologize for this
inconvenience and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen in the
future.
