Monmouth University Department of Communication The Wayne D. McMurray School of Humanities and Social Science West Long Branch, NJ 07764 Communication/Applied Communication Tenure-track position in communication, at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin August 2004. Primary emphasis in family and interpersonal communication. Secondary emphasis in intercultural and small group communication. The person in this position will teach undergraduate courses in the new applied communication curriculum, as well as teach core courses for communication majors. Expected to contribute to a M.A. program in Corporate and Public Communication. Qualifications: Ph.D. in communication, a clear research agenda, student centered teaching experience, evidence of scholarship appropriate to teaching specialty, and collegiality suitable to a department with the reputation of giving personal attention to students.
