The Department of Journalism in the College of Communications at Penn
State is seeking candidates for a tenure-track assistant professor
position in broadcast journalism to start August 2005.  Duties
include teaching two courses per semester, an active research
program, and service to the College, university and the profession.
An area or areas of scholarly specialization in history, ethics, law
or policy desirable.  The College places strong emphasis on the
integration of teaching, research and service.  A Ph.D. with industry
experience preferred.
