HSC ProCard Users,

Due to an error in the PaymentNet system, a change occurred over the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday that has affected all charges that posted to PaymentNet on January 18, 2005.  Currently, the billing cycle and the accounting cycle are not matching which has caused the charges that posted on the 18th to appear in this current cycle (February), but without the ability to be manipulated.  If these charges were not assigned their appropriate chart field on that day, then the charges will need to be corrected with a Cost Transfer.   We apologize for this inconvenience and are working with the technical managers of JPMChase to identify the cause.  If you have any further questions about this message, please email [log in to unmask].
