Thirty-One Groundbreaking Poetry Books
In March, the Academy's National Poetry Almanac <http://www.poets.org/almanac/>  featured daily essays exploring the startling and astounding books that have helped shape the American poetry landscape. You can browse the entire Almanac and discover themes including Anthologies, Poetic Schools and M! ovements, Online Resources, Poetry and Art, Literary Landmarks, Poetry in the Movies, Forms and Techniques, Poetry for all Occasions, and Great Debates  Manifestos. [Note from Tree Swenson, Executive Director: "Kudos to our web staff who worked all year to produce the National Poetry Almanac: Nathan Hill & Robin Beth Schaer and their predecessors, Melissa Ahart & Kim Ranney. Thank you for your dedication, creativity, and humor!"]
