Hey folks. Sorry about the short notice. I just found out about this. Thought I would let you know that St. Joe's Young Adults Catholics in Norman are hosting a ballroom dance class for four weeks: Sundays, April 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th at 7pm in the church gym (near Porter Ave and Gray St) for the whole parish. It is $20 per person for all four lessons. The instructor is named Candi Boone. Anyone know of her? They say she taught a class there before and everyone loved it. I actually have never met these folks before but they seem pretty cool. The gal who is organizing it seems to be a very nice lady named Melissa Deal. I have only talked to her via e-mail. phone book though. I am not sure if I will be going but thought I would pass it on. I know they have also invited the St. Mark's crowd too. I expect the class will be very basic and I know some of you guys are amazing dancers and might get a little bored. She didn't know what dances would be taught. Hey Patrick, if anyone goes, might you want them to advertise the existence of SBDC and the dance we are sponsoring in a few weeks? Hope I will see some of you in a few hours at Pepe's for the salsa band I heard about...-John
