Red Andrews Dinner and Special Olympics 63rd annual Red Andrews Christmas Dinner….
500 volunteers are needed to feed the crowd Christmas morning in the arena at the Cox Convention Center. More than 8,000 people were fed at last year's event!Volunteers will help with serving food and clean-up.
Don't have time to volunteer? Monetary donations are needed to pay for the dinner, which cost about $40,000.
Toys are also needed to ensure that every child at the dinner has a Christmas present to take home.
They need toys for the little kids and big kids need things like games.
School supply donations also would be appreciated. (i.e. pencils and tablets)
Volunteer should arrive at 9am. Dinner will be served from 9:30 to 3:30pm.
