We do have a student rate of $5 ... it may at some point be higher for the
live bands, but at this time I think we've been accepting $5 for all the
dances. Sorry we have failed to publicize that well... And membership is
just $35 for a year.. so it might be worth it for the non-students even if
you can't make all the dances!  We'd be tickled to have visitors whenever we
can.

Your group sounds great! Hope to see some of you there.

$15 seems a little steep to me for nonmembers...

I have seen Talk of the Town 5-6 times since I joined the Sooner Ballroom
Dance Club.  Talk of the Town was just at DanceMakers in OKC not long ago.
Several of us went.  Many people in the Sooner Ballroom Dance Club at OU
think they are great.  You won't be disappointed.  Many of us are probably
not going to attend because of the $15 admission fee (along with the fact
that it is about a two hour drive)...or might you consider having a student
rate???  Some of these students are great dancers and are a lot of fun to
have at a ballroom dance party.  If you have any questions about our club,
e-mail me or patrick back.  I believe there are like 200 OU students in our
group.  Just a thought you might want to entertain.  I realize time is
tickin' away and Saturday will be here very shortly.
