I am the head of the Barrow Minority Doctoral Student Scholarship this year and
we are sending out our call for applications.  (It is part of the CT&M Division
of AEJMC.)  Would you be able to put this in your next newsletter and/or send it
to your membership via email/listserv/etc?  I think this will be of interest to
some of your membership.
