Once upon a time, there was a hilarious group of performers called O.U. Improv! They performed the high art of improvisational comedy. What that really means is that they made things up and people laughed at them. O.U. Improv! was the busiest and most fun group on campus. Their audiences were all sorts of people-charities, students, families, university parties, banquets, schoolchildren. It was always great fun for everyone involved!

O.U. Improv! was always a big hit around Oklahoma, until one day a terrible catastrophe befell the group. Their magic organizing elves caught a horrible sickness that caused them to shrivel up and disappear (graduation :-). Suddenly, everything that made their gleeful performances possible stopped getting organized. No one knew that O.U. Improv! was so much more than just funny performers. All the performers cried, then all the children cried, then all the students, and all the grown ups until everyone was crying and no one was laughing. How can O.U. Improv! go on with only a few magic elves left? This is the question of the day!

Running O.U. Improv! is a laughing matter, but it is also hard work. If you think you have what it takes to help run one of the busiest and most fun groups on campus, join our staff.
