Will:

We have a room on the second floor of Copeland set up as a lounge for PW students.  We will have to talk about key and access issues; however, the room is yours.  If  students want to pick up furniture, accents from OU Salvage, they may use our College account.  Finally, I went to a conference last week and talked to the director of the Mayborn Writers' Conference in Grapevine, TX.  He is willing to come to Norman, meet with our PW students, and talk about the 2007 writers' conference that's being planned.  I would love to coordinate a visit that would be of maximum benefit to PW students, and would love your thoughts about how to do this.

Anyway, just some quick notes.  Follow up with Monica in the office for details about the PW lounge.  Let me know your thoughts about the other issues...thanks...
