Hello Everyone,Thanks to all of you who came to the monthly party on Saturday. We had a great turnout!Wow! I can't believe that another month has flown by already!... I'm really excited about the new classes starting this week. I've gotten lots of phone calls & e-mails asking about Rueda. I think this new beginner Rueda class will be very popular.Wednesday classes are held at N.W. 50th & Meridian - OKC Swing Dance Club located in the NE corner of the "Springdale Shopping Center". To see a map please go to www.okcswingdanceclub.com .New Beginner Salsa session starts this week 7pm...Learn the basic steps to Salsa partner dancing. (no partner necessary - we will rotate often so that everyone gets to dance with a partner)New Beginner Salsa Casino Rueda starts this week 8pm...Learn the most exciting & fun version of Salsa dancing! Similar to "Square Dancing", this is a circle dance with Salsa turns & combinations done in sync w/the other dancers in the Rueda circle. Lots of partner exchanges and high-energy music make this class tons of fun!Most Rueda turns can also be danced w/one partner in social dancing.Our 6pm Rueda classes are doing an awesome job! Thanks to all of our Casineros who consistently show up & make it so much fun to teach!... : )Our 7pm Levels 2 & 3 Salsa classes have really come a loooong way & I'm really proud of all of you! Keep up the good work... We might have to start a level 4 class if things keep progressing as they are. Congratulations to all of you who are "graduating" up to the next level this week!I would like to thank Laura Biondolino & Angel Balsavich for their dedication and expertise in teaching the Level 1 & Level 2 Salsa classes at 7pm. I couldn't keep classes going without them & I really appreciate them! Thanks also to Chaz & Shawn & Andrea for helping out when their busy schedules allow...Anyone living in the SW metro area might like to note:I'm starting a Beginner Salsa class at the new "Apex" Fitness Center in Tuttle/Newcastle tonight...
