Greetings to all, I, too, agree that an update on the Kerner Commission Report is important. However, I am currently working with programming chairs throughout the organization to get co-sponsorships for as many of the proposed panels as possible. As the chip auction is scheduled for Saturday, I committed most, if not all, of our chips to already-submitted proposals and partnerships. One option might be to roll a presentation on the Kerner Commission into our "State of the Division" panel, which is required by each division this year. This was Camilla's suggestion. In the meantime, I will keep the Kerner Commission Panel Discussion in mind if something opens up. Paula Poindexter's suggestion about getting a plenary or a mini-plenary is also a possibility. To get a mini-plenary at the cost of one-half chip, I'll have to get three divisions to partner with us and eliminate something that is currently in the works. I'm open to suggestions. Sharon B.
